Refund policy

Unfortunately, as all items are custom handmade to order, returns and refunds are not possible. If you’d like to cancel your order please get in touch within 12 hours and I will do so. After this time, I will likely have started working on the order. (If not, I will be happy to cancel past the 12 hour point, but I cannot guarantee anything, hence the time limit.)
